How do I use Hair Protein Pack?
It is a wash-off mask, not a leave-in product. Apply after cleansing, allow it to sit for the time stated on your current pack, then rinse thoroughly. See Hair Protein Pack for the full directions and formula.
Mask, conditioner or scalp care — what is the difference?
A conditioner is a rinse-off step for your lengths. Hair Protein Pack is a wash-off treatment for dry, rough hair. Scalp-care products have a different purpose and application area. Choose for your concern and follow each product’s pack directions.
Is the Papaya Chandan serum the same as the face wash?
No. The face wash is a rinse-off cleanser; the serum is a leave-on skincare step. Cleanse first, then use the serum according to its pack directions. You can shop either product individually.
What will delivery cost, and can I cancel?
